Having won the Coyote Buttes North BLM lottery for a date in late December, I took a quick trip from Tucson to experience and explore the area around The Wave. This was one of the most incredible hiking experiences I have ever had - incredible scenery, shapes, formations, and colors in a mind-blowing playground of sandstone!
